Good:
1. Prompt attention from receptionist.
2. Staff are friendly and wear nice , cheerful clothes (not medical looking).
Could be improved.
1. Receptionist sit very far away from window through which you have to talk (shout).
2. Once a receptionist called me to make an appointment for no clear reason (i.e not clear to me) and when I showed up, it turned out to be a mistake but I received no apology for my missing work etc.

Thank you for feedback. I can understand your comments and we could benefit with some extra staff but unfortunately due to the current financial climate we are unable to fund any extra staff at this time.

Friendly atmosphere very helpful staff good explanations for everything I have had no problem I use the surgery for myself and the kids.
Sheffield Medical Centre was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
